“And now we welcome the new year, full of things that have never been”― Rainer Maria Rilke
Happy new year, readers! I am excited to bring you the first Thursday Tree Love edition of 2021 with a blooming tree from my new neighborhood. Very close to where to live, we have found a haven. It is full of greenery, trail walks, trees, flowers, birds and more.
Happy new year of Thursday Tree Loves in 2021, readers. Thursday Tree love is a photo feature hosted on this blog on every 2nd and 4th Thursday of a month. The next edition will go live on January 28, 2021. If you would like to play along, post a picture of a tree on your blog, tell me where did you spot the tree and link it back to this post.
If you don’t see the pingback, please leave a link to your post in my comments section. Please make sure that your post’s link is showing up on this latest edition. I will link your posts on my blog in the next edition and spread some love. Let’s come together to appreciate the beautiful nature around us.

That’s a beautiful bush. Reminds me a little of a variety of milkweed that grows here in the United States, but it obviously isn’t that. Here’s mine: with snow, of course. http://ramblinwitham.blogspot.com/2021/01/snowy-tree-thursdaytreelove.html

That’s a gorgeous picture you’ve shared, Parul. Isn’t it wonderful when you begin to look forward to more walks in your neighbourhood? I love the sky views in my current home but miss the park and the beautiful walking path next to our previous home. You win some, you lose some. That’s life, I guess.
Excited to join you this new year with another leaf out of my Japan Diary. Here goes mine:

Wow, such beautiful bright blooming tree this is. A lovely capture to brighten a day. We had this tree in front porch where I grew up, it was a daily carpet of these flamevine or orange trumpetvine flowers I use to look forward to.
