“The magic thing about home is that it feels good to leave, and it feels even better to come back.” – Wendy Wunder
It was a weekend and we had gone for shopping. My purchase needed alteration we had a waiting time of thirty minutes. So we stepped out of the store to grab a cup of tea to utilize time. I spotted this tree while having tea and smiled at my luck. The Sun was setting, people were returning home and this little tree provided that shade a passerby would need. Even after 14 years in Bangalore, the city keeps making me fall in love with it every now and then.
Thursday Tree love is a photo feature on this blog hosted on 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. The next edition will go live on February 27, 2020. If you would like to play along, post a picture of a tree on your blog and link it back to this post.

That’s beautiful click, Parul. Even a small tree provides excellent shade for the needy. That quote made me smile, Parul. 🙂 Here is my entry: https://thevoidthoughts.com/2020/02/12/wordlesswednesday75/

Like Dorothy said in the Wizard of Oz, “There’s no place like home.” I hope this tree has some tree friends nearby. What I’ve been reading about how trees connect underground suggests they like to have neighbors. If not, maybe some extra hugs and good vibes from humans would help. I like the quote Parul, True and inspiring, sometimes great things are accomplished with the help of small. Though the tree is small it still has a purpose in life. here is my link:https://livealifeofgratitude.blogspot.com/2020/02/tree-love-74.html

I am commenting for the third time Parul, there were some net issues, so tried posting from lap top, some how has not worked. I like the words and the image too, even though the tree is small it has the capacity to provide shade to anyone who stands near the tree… thanks for sharing, here’s my link:https://livealifeofgratitude.blogspot.com/2020/02/tree-love-74.html

Loved your tree shot in the golden hour—that magical time when everything looks very pretty, (at least, it does for me!) Isn;t it wonderful how these little things makes us happy even when we are busy doing something else or going about our chores or work?!
Here is one set of trees I’ve been waiting to post for a long time but never got around to. Well, better late than never. Here goes: https://mysoultalks.com/2020/02/15/meoto-kusu-the-coupled-trees-thursdaytreelove/

This tree would have easily gone unnoticed on this stretch of road with an under-construction flyover in ordinary light but the sunset time, the lighting and the shadow makes the tree picture worthy.
