“There is beauty all around us,
and the light finds us when we realize,
we are all part of that beauty and worth the cherishing.
If we despise any, we journey to despise ourselves.
See all as beautiful, even if they choose to see themselves through you, as being less than so.
We have the power to see for each, and be the reflection of what they may yet see.” – Tom Althouse
Last week, VT and I were running an errand and while VT was closing on the chore I looked around and spotted this tree. The car was in bad shape, no one had cleaned the weeds around but that scene was beautiful. I clicked many shots and I am still happy with my find from that day. Beauty is all around us. Isn’t it?

Oh, that’s a great shot. I’m not surprised it still makes you smile. A beautiful, lush green tree, the weeds growing up around the abandoned car. Nature wins in the end, doesn’t it?

Living in a country where people are so polarized, I could only wish more people felt the way that the person you quoted did. The car gave this photo a lot of character – proving that nature is our master. My link: http://ramblinwitham.blogspot.com/2020/08/mischievious-norway-maple.html

I love the balance of the old car, slowly being taken over by weeds next to the trees that almost look like they’re hugging each other. Beautiful capture, Parul!

You are absolutely right about beauty being anywhere. That car looks abandoned and it looks as if nature has decided to nurture it. Lovely pic and as always a very thoughtful picture from you.

:Beauty lies in the eyes of a beholder.” Someone might have looked at the abandoned car and overgrown weeds with a sense of pessimism, and someone with a sense of joy.
It finally boils down to where and how we find join. And that is what imparts hope, come what may.
Thanks for sharing.
