This Pink Trumpet tree is right next door and I have seen this tree day in and out from my balcony. However, one morning I saw it all full with these pink blooms. I am sure it did not bloom over night and I must have missed it. But once I saw, I waited for a weekend and some Sun to go click it up close. Of the many shots of the tree I took, this was closest to give you a good view of the tree.
On that quote, I first read this one on my Papa’s notebook. (Shhhh, he doesn’t know I used to read.) And then when it was the first Thursday tree love of 2020, I wanted to start at a hopeful and positive note. After so many years, this quote is still my favorite. Happy 2020, you all! See you all through the year with trees and greenery all around.
Thursday Tree love is a photo feature on this blog hosted on 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. The next edition will go live on January 23, 2020. If you would like to play along, post a picture of a tree on your blog and link it back to this post.
If you don’t see the pingback, please leave a link to your post in my comments section. Please make sure that your post’s link is showing up on this latest edition. I will link your posts on my blog in the next edition and spread some love. Let’s come together to appreciate the beautiful nature around us.

I love these Trumpet trees a lot and first saw them in Bangalore only. I have photographed all three colors and have them on my blog too. This one is such a happy pink na. Looks really gorgeous and yes the best thing about it is how the entire tree gets covered with the flowers 🙂

A great quote – hard to execute, though! The pink trumpet tree is amazing so of course I had to look it up. In hot parts of the United States (such as Florida) they can grow, and come in either pink or yellow/gold. And, of course, they won’t grow where I live in the cold climes. Speaking of warm climes, here is my post – https://ramblinwitham.blogspot.com/2020/01/palm-trees-at-sunset-thursdaytreelove.html

A beautiful tree and quote. I’d thought I’d seen the words attributed to Mother Teresa, but after investigating further, see that you are correct. Here’s my offering: https://joannaoftheforest.wordpress.com/2020/01/09/thursday-tree-love-reaching-for-heaven/

Stunning blooms, Parul. I love this shade of pink on the tree…makes the entire area looks so vibrant and colourful, no? Miss my old neighbourhood where we used to find gorgeous Cassia blooms in autumn. Sadly, there’s none where we currently live.
So, joining you this week with a pic shot during my recent Mumbai trip last month:
Happy weekend, Parul! See you soon.
Cheers
