I have some regular readers. Those who don’t miss a single post. These readers are also the ones who never make their presence felt. I know a few of them but not all.
Through 52 weeks of the year, I am okay with this relationship that we have. It is cordial and we respect the space we have given each other. But once a week during the year, I announce the International Blog Delurking Week (2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016) and I ask my readers to raise their hands up and tell me they were here. That they are reading.
From January 6-12, you are not allowed to lurk here. I am making it easy for you. This is the post, you cannot lurk. Please say hello and tell me you were here.
Don’t be a number on my blog stats. Be a human who stops by to read.
Give me a chance to say thank you.
Use the comment box below and tell me what do you like reading here and what more would you like to read. All in all, a simple way to make me smile. You would like that, won’t you?
If you are a blogger and would like to join any time during the week, feel free to use the badge above and link to this post. If you don’t see a pingback, please leave a comment with you post’s link. And guess what? I promise I won’t lurk.
Hi Parul! I’m an occasional lurker, but usually do leave a comment. 🙂 Photography and travel posts are always interesting Thanks for hosting this yearly blogfest. Here’s my link:

Hi Parul,
For the record, I NEVER lurk around your blog. I make my thoughts loud and clear to you through my comments. ;P (I hope you find this amusing, Parul. I am desperately trying to improve my sense of humour!).
But, seriously, I like what you write. Be it your travel tales, your Thursday Treelove or any other posts. So, keep going, girlie! 🙂 I will be here, reading your posts and letting you know how I found them.
Love!
